Apoorva Sharma is an Advocate enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. She is a Law Graduate from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGSIPU. She has joined Mark Shield as an Associate and is involved with both the Litigation and Prosecution teams. During her course of graduation, she has interned with Top Tier firms as well as boutique IP law firms gaining experience IP laws with specializing in the area of Trademark. Her duties and responsibilities while working with Mark Shield covers drafting pleadings, legal notices and assisting in court proceeding. She also regularly appears before the Civil Court of different jurisdictions and High Court of Delhi on behalf of the litigation team.
