Rahul is an Advocate and works with the litigation and prosecution team of the firm. Prior working at the firm, he has also practiced at Civil Court of Lucknow under the mentorship of Advocate Abhishek Ranjan. He has acquired notable experience in Trademark Prosecution. His experience also covers Drafting and filing legal documents. He also assist the litigation team in various cases of Intellectual Property disputes before the Civil Court of different jurisdictions and High Court of Delhi. His litigation experience covers trademark infringement and passing off, copyright infringement and design. Rahul has done his LL.B. from Awadh University, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
